Many of our commercial properties have been built for specific tenants.

Carolina First Bank occupies a 2100-square-foot building we built to their specifications at 516 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer, SC. This building was constructed in 2003.

Community South Bank and Trust contracted with us to construct a 2000-square-foot building at 530 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer, SC. They have been occupying their new location since November 2006.

We purchased and renovated a historic landmark building in downtown Greer to accomodate a sports bar known as 'The Bull Pen.'

Our residential properties include houses in Greer and Spartanburg and town homes in Simpsonville, ranging from $500 to $1,200 per month.
