Moon-McManus’ rental division offers you local, personal service—assuring customers build-to-suit commercial properties and well-maintained residential homes.

Most of our commercial properties have been built for specific tenants.

Carolina First Bank is occupying a 2100-square-foot building, which was built to their specifications at 516 Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer, SC. This building was constructed in 2003.

Community South Bank and Trust contracted with us to construct a 2000-square-foot building at 530 Wade Hamptons Boulevard in Greer, SC. They have been occupying their new location since November 2006.

We also built a 5200-square-foot retail building between the two banks at 524 Wade Hampton Boulevard. This building is currently being marketed by Langston Black. This building may be occupied by one to four tenants and includes fit-up.

We also renovated a historic landmark in downtown Greer to accomodate a sports bar known as "The Bull Pen."

Our residential properties included houses in Greer and Spartanburg and town homes in Simpsonville, ranging from $500 to $1,200 per month.
