Project Manager 

Tracy Burkhalter is a project manager and is responsible for the development and construction of our multi-family communities. He is currently overseeing a 267 unit townhouse project in Weaverville, North Carolina.

Tracy joined Moon-McManus in 2006, bringing with him a wide range of experience.

From 1988 to 1989, He worked for Dunn & Bradstreet as a business analyst. After leaving this position, he joined Harodite Industries as a production planner. In 1990, he was promoted to plant manager and began traveling extensively throughout the United States and Mexico. Tracy was then later promoted to operations manager.

In 1999, he obtained his SC Residential Builders License and established Amber Builders, specializing in the construction of single-family homes.

Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Francis Marion College in 1988. He is currently an active member at Freedom Fellowship in Greer and, in his spare time, enjoys fishing and cycling.  Tracy and Paige have four children: Alan, Sarah, Ryan, and Luke.
