Accountant/Property Manager

Kathleen Willingham joined the Moon-McManus team in September 2006. With more than 18 years experience in real estate development, construction management, and property management fields, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her position as accountant and property manager.

For 13 years, her husband, Kensell, worked for a national maintenance company renovating and maintaining military housing. This allowed them to live in different areas of the country. In 1988, they settled in Vermont.

From 1988 through June 2006, Kathleen worked for two successful and award-winning real estate development firms in Burlington, VT. During this time, she and her husband also owned and operated a property management and maintenance company.

Kathleen and her husband now live in Greer, SC. They have two children, Mary and Michael, and five grandsons. They are very active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints.
