Controller
Brentley Reeves is the controller for Moon McManus Construction and Development, Inc.
She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting. Immediately following graduation, Brentley worked as a staff accountant, and was later promoted to accountant with Insignia Financial Group in Greenville, SC.
After her work with Insignia, Brentley accepted an accounting manager position with TriVergent Communications, also located in Greenville, where she later became financial liaison to TriVergent’s president. When TriVergent Communications moved its headquarters to St Louis, Brentley joined Waste Management as their assistant controller. In 2003, she resigned from the company after the birth of her first child.
Brentley began working with Moon-McManus in 2001.
She was born in Greenville, SC, and now lives in Taylors, SC, with her husband Todd and their daughter, Shaler Kaid. Her husband owns a commercial and residential cleaning service for the Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson areas. Brentley was a Who’s Who among high school students and was awarded a scholarship in accounting for undergraduate studies. She was a cheerleader. Brentley was also a member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority at the University of South Carolina. She and her family are active members of Taylors First Baptist Church.
